I truly appreciate the wonderful CD you have created. It has been two years since I took your meditation course and my life and attitude have changed dramatically. By taking your class and embracing a daily practice of meditation, I have been reunited with my true self. The CD is a very practical tool for me and a great support in staying present during my meditation since I don’t have to set an alarm (and be startled when it goes off) or open my eyes to see what time it is. I can really let go and enjoy my time knowing you will ring that gentle bell for me.
Thank you again for introducing me to the power and pleasure of a meditation practice. It is one of the greatest gifts I have ever received. Bless you both and the great work you are doing.

Taking Jon and Linda's course on meditation jump-started me on a meditation practice that I had "swiped at" for several years. The concept of creating a chain through consistency made sense and, in fact, after more than a year now of meditating is producing results -- greater peace of mind and greater mindfulness. I now observe my thoughts even during the day and can choose to let them go if they do not serve me well. What a difference that makes! The third time is a charm.... I've taken Finding Time Sitting Still three times. I realize the difference in my life when I am in my practice, so I come back to Jon and Linda's class for reinforcement. Results... I am more joyous, calmer, think more clearly and have more energy. Friends say I look younger and more rested. And the key is FTSS practice for 20 minutes a day.

You present the concept of meditation so perfectly. After three years of practicing Finding Time Sitting Still, here’s my view.
A meditation practice is like good design. You may find it attractive, pleasing, and balanced. It just is, and something about it seems right. You might even take it for granted.
Bad design though is obvious. It stops you in your tracks; it’s not quite finished. A color, a font, the contrast, negative space, something – although you may not be able to pinpoint it – is off. That’s life without meditation.
FTSS helps create the space in which you can redesign your life.

It amazes me that within a short few months my life, outlook, and spirituality made such a drastic turnaround. Driving to work I went from shouting obscenities to bestowing blessings. I look forward to weekend visits with my mom, which used to have me cringing by the end of the week. I haven't gotten mad at her in more than a month and she’s less frustrated.
